Beach Day in Barcelona

While Mike was busy with school (yes mom and dad, he DID go to class), I took advantage of the beautiful weather and headed to the beach! I spent the day walking, sitting beachside at a little Italian restaurant for lunch enjoying caprese salad and vino and people watching/soaking up the sun. I also stumbled upon a little carnival on the pier, call it Barcelona's version of the Santa Monica Pier...it was interesting to say the least.

These men with masks would chase the train around scaring the little children on board...a little too creepy if you ask me...
